How long until my order ships?

In-stock pieces are handcrafted and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order and Signature pieces are crafted only after you order — typically 4–7 weeks, with a firm date confirmed at checkout and progress updates along the way.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to most countries by insured, fully-tracked courier. Larger and Signature pieces travel by white-glove delivery, crated and cushioned by hand.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free within Pakistan over a set amount. Internationally, it’s complimentary over a threshold shown in your own currency, and a single flat fee below it — see our Shipping & Delivery page. You’ll always see the full cost before you pay.

Will I be charged anything on delivery?

No. The price you see is the price you pay — all international orders ship duties-paid (DDP), and import duties and taxes are settled by Lamp & Glow. Nothing to add at checkout, nothing to pay at the door.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking link by email the moment your piece ships, with updates at every step. You can also use our Track Order page.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to return an unused piece in its original packaging — change-of-mind returns carry a 15% restocking fee and return shipping. Anything damaged or faulty is put right free of charge. Custom, personalised and Signature pieces are final sale.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

Anything that arrives less than perfect is replaced free of charge — just send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll take care of the rest.

What does the guarantee cover?

Every piece carries our lifetime guarantee on the solid wood and craftsmanship, with electrical components covered for two years. Normal wear, accidental damage and misuse aren’t covered, but we’ll always help with repairs where we can.

How do I start a return or claim?

Is it really solid wood?

Yes — solid, seasoned hardwood throughout, never veneer or filler. Our turned pieces are shaped from a single block; larger forms are built from solid pieces, joined by hand.

Which woods do you use?

Mostly shisham (rosewood), walnut and ash — chosen for grain, warmth and how they hold the light. Each piece is unique because the grain is real.

Who makes the pieces?

Real people, by name. Our makers turn, finish, assemble and pack every piece — and each Signature piece is signed and numbered by the hand that made it.

Are the lamps dimmable?

Our lamps give a fixed, warm glow (around 2700K) and are not dimmable as standard. If a specific piece supports dimming, it is stated in the Bulb & Setup specifications on its product page.

Will it suit my country’s plug?

Yes — choose UK, EU or US fitting at checkout. Everything is wired and tested for your region before it ships.

No hard minimum — from a single statement piece to a full multi-floor fit-out. Trade pricing improves with volume.

How do I care for my piece?

A soft, dry cloth is all it needs day to day. Keep it out of damp and direct sunlight, and wipe spills promptly. A small care guide is included with every order.

Can I restore the finish over time?

Yes. A light re-oil once a year keeps the wood rich and protected. We’re happy to advise on the right product for your piece.
