Description+
A slim rod of cedar that leans against the wall and lights it.
The LED runs down one face of the rod, so most of the light washes across the wall behind it rather than into your eyes. Lean it in a corner, beside a bed or behind a chair, and the wall itself becomes the lamp. The rod is solid cedar, known locally as diyar, in dark antique brown or its natural golden colour.
The Standard stands 109 cm (43 in) on a flat base. The Plus is 122 cm (48 in), with a round base, a silicone cover over the LED that softens the light further, and a longer cord with a round button switch, so it can stand anywhere in the room.

Wood Cleaning & Dusting
Wipe weekly with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a barely damp cloth — wring it fully so it feels almost dry. Wipe with the grain, never across it, then dry immediately. Avoid all chemical cleaners, sprays, alcohol, or bleach.
Sunlight & Heat Protection
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight — UV rays fade and dry out wood over time. Keep away from direct heating vents, radiators, and fireplaces. Sudden temperature changes cause cracking; gradual seasonal movement is normal and harmless.
Moisture & Humidity
Keep away from open windows during rain, bathrooms, or kitchen steam. If the room becomes noticeably humid, run a dehumidifier. Wipe any condensation immediately. Indoor use only — do not place outdoors or in exposed areas.
Electrical Safety
Always switch off and allow the bulb to cool before cleaning or replacing. Never exceed the maximum wattage printed on the label. Use only the recommended socket type. Do not modify the wiring. Keep away from water and moisture to protect electrical components.
