Is it really made to order?
Yes — your piece is turned only after you order, so it's genuinely one of a kind to you. Expect roughly 3–5 weeks before it ships.
How is it delivered?
By insured, fully-tracked white-glove courier, worldwide. It arrives crated and protected; we handle customs paperwork for international orders.
What is the light like?
A warm, golden 2700K glow from the included filament bulb — soft, steady and easy on the eyes. The lamps are not dimmable as standard.
What if it's damaged?
Anything that arrives damaged in transit is put right free — report it within 48 hours with photos. As numbered editions, Signature pieces are otherwise final sale.
Will it suit my country's sockets?
Yes — choose UK, EU or US fitting at checkout, wired and tested for your region.
How do I care for it?
A soft, dry cloth is all it needs. Keep it out of damp and direct sun; a care kit is included with every piece.
